Qualification/Experience
I wanted to seek my internship at a Christian counseling center, and I was blessed that The Timothy Center had an opening. During my time at The Timothy Center, I have learned so much about the therapist that I want to be. I have enjoyed being a part of the weekly IOP program. I enjoy working with teens, adults, and couples counseling.
I am the parent of two wonderful adult children. My son is on the autism spectrum, and we do a lot of different activities with Special Olympics Texas. My daughter is a D1 rower at a college outside Pittsburg, PA. Some of my hobbies and interests are that I love spending time with my family and my adult children. I also love to travel and do random day trips. I have been a throwing coach for the past 12 years and have felt that I have learned just as much from the kids I coach as they have from me. As a family, we also do a lot of volunteering for Special Olympics Texas, and Texas Rowing for All.
