At The Timothy Center, we believe that mental health and spiritual wellness go hand in hand. Since 2001, we have been providing quality and compassionate Christian therapy services to the children, adults, and families of Austin.
Our aim is to help our clients move towards personal wholeness, mental stability, and spiritual maturity through a unique blend of biblical insights and the latest psychotherapeutic methods. With three locations in the greater Austin area, and the option for online counseling, we strive to make mental health care accessible and effective for all.
Individual Therapy
Our therapists provide individual therapy to family members to help them work through their personal issues and improve their relationships with others.
Group Therapy
Our group therapy sessions provide an opportunity for families to work through their challenges in a supportive and collaborative environment. This can help families develop stronger communication skills and learn to support one another more effectively.
Couples/Marriage Therapy
Our couples therapy services help partners improve their relationship by addressing issues such as communication breakdowns, infidelity, and conflict resolution.
