Qualification/Experience 

​Tess grew up on a ranch in a small Texas town. Tess attended Texas Christian University where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work. After graduation, Tess moved to Austin to be closer to family and is proud to call Austin her home. Tess began her career working with children and families in the child welfare system and school-based mentoring. She provides a warm, safe environment for clients to explore their emotions, relationships, and self-esteem. As a Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) practitioner, Tess utilizes trauma-informed knowledge and skills to inform her practice and ensure every client feels safe and understood. She is honored to walk alongside every client in their journey to heal and grow.

In her free time, Tess enjoys walking her dog, watching college football, and buying new plants.
