How do they bring God’s hope to the hurting?
Tammy’s calling and mission is to walk alongside the broken-hearted, meeting people where they are with compassion while trusting God for the outcome. Every person has a unique history and context and Tammy believes therapy needs to be tailored to these unique needs. Tammy’s goal is to provide a safe space where people can feel seen, heard, and comfortable being vulnerable and authentic.
What are their core values as a therapist?
Tammy approaches the therapeutic process with deep compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental stance. She holds a strong conviction that the counseling room is a sacred space, deserving of reverence and respect.
Where are they outside of the therapy room?
Beyond her work in therapy, Tammy finds fulfillment in spending quality time with her husband, children, and friends. She has a deep appreciation for the natural world and enjoys being outdoors. Maintaining an active lifestyle is also important to her, and she likes working out. Additionally, Tammy finds pleasure in engaging in various creative pursuits.
