How do they bring God’s hope to the hurting?

Sandra brings God’s hope into the therapy room by creating a safe, compassionate space where pain, faith, and uncertainty can coexist. She honors each client’s relationship with God through deep listening and encouragement rooted in grace, supporting them as they navigate difficult seasons and lean on Him for strength, clarity, and hope.

What are their core values as a therapist?

Sandra believes healing begins in a safe, respectful space where clients feel truly heard. Her collaborative, client-centered approach honors each person’s story while encouraging insight, resilience, and meaningful growth. She embraces a whole-person view of care, gently integrating conversations around self-care and wellness, and is guided by her faith in the belief that God is present and at work even in difficult seasons.

Where are they outside of the therapy room?

Outside the therapy room, Sandra enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and training her rescue dogs. She is actively involved in her church community and Bible study and values exercise, self-care, and intentional time for rest and relaxation.
