Kris’ therapeutic approach involves a compassion and presence -based approach to behavioral health through normalizing, sustaining and guiding. He believes that deep restoration through healing can happen as one sees their life journey within the context of the larger narrative.

What are their core values as a therapist? 

For Kris, the value of pastoral shepherding and relational connection are central to his therapeutic approach. His empathic approach is light-hearted yet solutions-focused as he seeks to provide guidance and growth to his clients in a safe environment.

Where are they outside of the therapy room? 

Kris can be routinely be found at the end of a fly rod or riding many miles on his bike day or night.
